Since joining Highland Clinic, Dr. Collier has endeavored to cultivate Audiological Services into an
exemplary patient experience. Her approach ensures that hearing aid candidates can trial devices
within the office environment, with comprehensive support and guidance throughout. Recent
enhancements include the acquisition of demo hearing aids for patients to trial in their everyday
settings, aiming to optimize their experience without compromise.


Meet Your Provider

Dr. Collier holds an undergraduate degree in Biology with initial aspirations for a PhD in academia and
research. Following completion of her bachelor’s degree, Dr. Collier pursued a two-year endeavor in a
PhD program in Molecular Biology. However, lacking enthusiasm for the research topic, she opted to
discontinue the path. Transitioning to the corporate sector, Dr. Collier worked for Southwestern Bell,
later AT&T, managing a team dedicated to business accounts. Through this experience, she gained
exposure to Audiology, finding it to be an optimal blend of science and interpersonal connections. In
her 40s, Dr. Collier returned to academia, earning a doctorate degree in Audiology from the University
of Texas at Dallas. Her career has been marked by the fulfillment derived from witnessing significant
improvements in the quality of life for numerous patients.

Within the field of audiology, Dr. Collier assumes two primary roles. Firstly, she specializes in
providing precise diagnoses concerning the severity and type of hearing loss. Secondly, Dr. Collier
focuses on delivering effective rehabilitation, often through the application of hearing aids or cochlear
implantation.
